For many non-English URLs, without URLdecode the URL is a string of codes that human cannot recognize. Here is an example of a URL with Chinese characters. Without URLdecode, it looks like
https://www.xproda.com.tw/%E6%97%A5%E6%9C%AC%E6%8A%B9%E8%8C%B6%E7%B2%89%E6%8E%A8%E8%96%A6/%E5%AE%87%E6%B2%BB%E6%8A%B9%E8%8C%B6-%E5%AE%87%E4%B9%8B%E7%B4%94
Hope always doing URLdecode for all URLs (English URLs won't be affected).
