Create a full whitelabel report of audits with actionable items

Right now we can generate per page report for the audit, but it's too lengthy to go through this.

It would be much better to generate a full report, whitelabeled so we can share it with clients, with all the actionable items to use as a to-do, point of reference, and justification for services.

Right now the on-site audit PDF report only shows a list of grouped issues, but not the actual URLs. If a potential client requests a SEO audit report, the current PDF export doesn't show enough details. I like the idea of actional items, perhaps a brief description of the issue and a list of affected pages. (maybe top 20 so the report doesn't get too long).
